Lou Mandic

President and CEO

Lou Mandic is the founder, President and CEO of Authority Software.

Prior to founding Authority Software, Mr. Mandic held various executive level positions at Citicorp and, over a 17 year tenure, he was responsible for managing numerous multi-million dollar initiatives. Among these, he was responsible for opening of two international credit card data centers, in New York and Las Vegas, as well as managing the functions of IT Operations, Telecommunications, Systems Programming, Technical Assurance and Technical Support for Citicorp’s Sioux Falls Data Center, Call Center and Fulfillment Center.

Mr. Mandic also held technology leadership roles at IBM, Eastern Financial Federal Credit Union and Vitas Healthcare, and held the position of Chief Information Officer at Precision Response Corporation. As the CIO at Precision Response, Mr. Mandic managed hundreds of technology professionals across all disciplines, serving Fortune 500 clients, in addition to which he facilitated the research, design and development of EnsemblePro™, a unified communications platform later acquired by Aspect Software.

Mr. Mandic has a keen understanding of the things that keep the C-Level Suite up at night, and at Authority Software, he is responsible for leading the organization in the delivery of high quality, customer driven solutions.

Richard Mazzoni

Chief Operating Officer

Richard Mazzoni is Chief Operating Officer of Authority Software. He has been with the company since its inception and is a seasoned, strategic and process-minded leader with experience in developing corporate processes, scaling organizations, leading senior level management teams and developing performance strategies.

Mr. Mazzoni has an extensive background that spans the areas information systems, logistics, administration, operations, marketing and merchandising. He has over 30 years of experience at both field and corporate levels, having begun his career at Levitz Furniture Corporation as a Regional Operations Manager, where he held Profit and Loss responsibility for 12 branches with annual sales of $60 million and managed a team of over 600 employees covering office, inventory control, data processing, warehousing, distribution, customer service and administration.

Mr. Mazzoni was later Regional Merchandising Manager for Levitz, responsible for sales, merchandising, replenishment and advertising, and subsequently became Levitz’s Vice President of Information Systems and Logistics, where he managed an annual IS budget of $7 million and an annual transportation expense of over $40 million. He was also a member of the Executive Committee, Chair of the Corporate Quality Council, Strategic Planning Coordinator and director of all e-commerce initiatives.

Mr. Mazzoni holds a degree in Data Processing and Business Administration from King’s College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and is a proven leader and bottom line manager.

At Authority Software, Mr. Mazzoni leverages his hands-on experience to lead the company’s organizational processes and help execute against its strategic vision.

Natalie Perez

EVP Sales & Marketing

Natalie Perez is co-founder and EVP Sales & Marketing for Authority Software and is an experienced marketer, business development and client services executive.

Prior to Authority Software, Ms. Perez was VP Client Services for Aegis Communications, a global BPO provider, where she managed all aspects of client relationships on behalf of multiple Blue Chip organizations. Among her responsibilities, Ms. Perez collaborated in the areas of business development, needs assessment, solutions design, contract negotiations and executive oversight. Ms. Perez was also responsible for helping to drive service levels in disciplines that included recruitment, training, quality and operational management and led Aegis’s presales efforts in North America, crafting proposal and solutions for various industry leaders in sectors that included finance, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, retail, technology, and utilities.

Previously, Ms. Perez was Director of Marketing at CELLIT Technologies, where she managed a team of professionals across all marketing disciplines, including events management, direct marketing, online and print collateral development, trade advertising, channel and strategic co-op marketing relationships, and analyst relationships with companies that included Data Monitor, Frost & Sullivan and Gartner.

While at CELLIT, Ms. Perez led the first ever deployment of a live contact center on a trade show floor, where a team of agents handled over 11,000 calls to and from event attendees and was visited by over 1,000 participants across a period of two days.

Ms. Perez also held management positions at Trader Publishing Company and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, where she ran the Hurricane Andrew Flood Insurance Call Center, providing recovery assistance to hurricane victims.

Ms. Perez leverages her unique blend of business and technology management experience to drive Authority Software’s marketing initiatives and brand strategy.
